This British Acacia Mahogany Chess Set is simple, elegant, and a pleasure to play with. It features truly handsome chess pieces, that have been expertly crafted. The light chess pieces are made from boxwood and the dark from natural acacia wood, better known as rosewood or Sheesham wood.
The chessmen included in this stunning array are felted and weighted for a smooth transition across the battlefield. As you know, good quality, weighted chess pieces are preferred and used by most serious tournament chess players- it's no surprise why.
