To qualify for a refund, items must remain unused and in excellent resalable retail condition. The intactness of all retail packaging is crucial for eligibility.

Please be aware that items not meeting the specified return policy criteria will be returned to the sender promptly.

📦 Packaging Requirements

  • Your set must be in pristine, unused condition
  • Include all original packaging, including the outer brown card carton.
  • If missing, use a suitable replacement for secure transportation.
  • Ensure Branded inner packaging remains intact and undamaged.
  • Keep inner packaging clean and free from parcel tape to aid resale.
  • Retain and reuse corner protectors if included with your chessboard.
