Return and Shipping Policy at ChessMaze UK
Return Policy:
To initiate a return or cancellation of an order, please notify us via email at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the product. Failure to do so may result in an invalid claim. After notification, you have an additional 16 days to return the product.
The product must be in its original packaging and unused. Please include your details and the packing slip in the return parcel. We recommend using a secure, signed-for courier service to return the product and providing us with the tracking number via email at sales@chessmaze.co.uk. Refunds will not be issued without a verifiable tracking number.
If the product arrives damaged or with missing pieces, please notify us immediately via email at sales@chessmaze.co.uk or our contact form. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will arrange for a collection or send the missing components without charging for postage twice.
For unwanted goods, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit, provided that it is unused and in its original condition. Please notify us via email at sales@chessmaze.co.uk within 14 days of your intent to return or cancel, as claims made after this period will not be valid.
When returning a product, please package it securely using a signed-for insured postal service. Email us the returns tracking number at sales@chessmaze.co.uk and enclose the order number or invoice. Please note that we cannot provide a refund for merchandise damaged due to poor packaging by the customer.

Please allow 7-10 days for processing credit adjustments on modified orders or returns.
Shipping Policy:
Postage fees are generally non-refundable, but we will waive or credit them if a shipping error is made by us. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier first before sending a replacement. Please save the product and packaging and wait for further instructions.
